复方苦参注射液辅助治疗乳腺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方苦参注射液辅助治疗乳腺癌的疗效。方法:将我院2007年1月1日～2009年1月1日收治的接受乳腺癌改良根治术和化疗的乳腺癌患者共67例随机分为2组。治疗组35例,乳腺癌改良根治术后给予复方苦参注射液辅助标准化疗;对照组32例,术后给予标准化疗。结果:治疗组的化疗毒副作用较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);生存质量(KPS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液辅助治疗乳腺癌疗效好,可降低化疗毒副作用。OBJECTIVE：To analysis the therapeutic effect of Compound kushen injection as adjunctive treatment for breast cancer.METHODS：67 breast cancer patients in our department from Jan.1st,2007 to Jan.1st,2009 were randomly divided into treatment group（n=35） and control group（n=32）.Treatment group received standard chemotherapy with Compound kushen injection as adjunctive therapy and control group received standard chemotherapy only after modified radical mastectomy.RESULTS：The toxicity adverse reaction of treatment group were decreased significantly as compared with control group（P0.01）,there were significant difference between 2 groups;KPS score higher than control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Compound kushen injection as adjunctive treatment can decrease toxicity of chemotherapy for breast cancer.
