摘　　要：目的探讨ＨＤＳ—Ｒ在筛选农村老年期痴呆中的可靠性。方法应用ＨＤＳ—Ｒ对农村５０岁以上人群进行痴呆的调查，同时应用ＭＭＳＥ、ＨＤＳ与之比较，以便对ＨＤＳ—Ｒ在筛选农村老年期痴呆可靠性的探讨。结果ＨＤＳ—Ｒ与ＭＭＳＥ、ＨＤＳ的测量结果有明显的正相关，而且，ＨＤＳ—Ｒ项目少，效度高，测量时间短，易被老年人接受。结论ＨＤＳ—Ｒ可适合作为农村老年期痴呆的筛选工具。Objective To valuation for validity of the HDS-R for screening dementia among aged over 50 years population in rural area.Methods Using HDS-R for screening dementia among over 50 years population in rural area.Also,the results of examination of the HDS-R was compared with MMSE,HDS.Validity of the HDS-R in screening dementia among aged in rural was assessmened.Result These results indicated that HDS-R,MMSE and HDS had a prominent positive correlation.The contents of HDS-R was simple.examination time was short,validity was high.The HDS-R was convenient was for rural older individuals.Conclusion The HDS-R is appropriate as screening dementia instrument for screening dementia among aged in rural area.
