Ⅱ c型早期胃癌的X线双对比造影诊断(附103例分析)

摘　　要：目的：评价Ｘ线双对比造影诊断Ⅱｃ型早期胃癌的价值。材料和方法：对经Ｘ线双对比造影、胃镜检查并经手术病理证实的１０３例Ⅱｃ型早期胃癌进行Ｘ线双对比造影、病理对照研究。结果：绝大部分（９６．１％）病变位于胃中远部。低分化腺癌发病率与管状腺癌相近，两者浸润深度无显著性差异。癌性病变的主要诊断依据是：病灶区浅凹陷面、周围粘膜纠集和局限性腔壁线伸展不良。结论：熟练掌握造影技术和熟悉病变的基本征象对于发现和诊断Ⅱｃ型早期胃癌是十分重要的。Purpose:To assess the x ray diagnosis of type Ⅱc early gastric carcinoma.Materials and Methods:Correlative study was performed on the results of x ray double contrast examination and pathology of 103 cases of type Ⅱc early gastric carcinoma,which were confirmed by the two methods.Results:Most of these lesions were located in the middle or distal part of stomach(96.1%).The incidence of low differentiated adenocarcinoma(37.9%)was similar to that of tubular adenocarcinoma and the invading depth of both had not remarkeble difference.The principle x ray diagnostic signs of malignant lesions were the focal shallow depresses area,the converaence of peripheral gastric mucosa and the local rigidity of gastric outline.Conclusion:Skillful manipulation and familiarity with the principal x ray signs are most important to find and diagnosie type Ⅱc early gastric carcinoma.
