摘  要:硬度图像测量问题,针对很多硬度采样图的处理,都是将压痕图边缘认为是直线,造成硬度值最后与实际硬度值误差较大的问题,提出一种改进方法。对硬度压痕图,利用阈值化提取边缘,针对边缘可能近似直线,可能弯曲的情况,利用宽步长霍夫变换,拟合边缘,得到四条较粗直线的四个交点。围绕各交点,划分一定区域。在各区域内,利用聚类分析算法,得到两类点。对每类点,利用最小二乘法,得到两条直线,求解这两条线的交点,得到精准定位的压痕图顶点。根据硬度计算公式,可以精确得到某种材料的维氏硬度精确值。结果证明,方法与标样值相当接近,优于将压痕图边缘处理结果,证明方法真实、有效、精确。In a lot of hardness system, the edge of the indentation is considered to be a straight line which will result in a deviation between hardness value and the actual hardness value. The edges are extracted with a threshold algorithm in the paper. Armed at the conditions that the edges may approximate to a straight line, or may be curved, the edges are fitted with a wide - hough transform from a hardness indentation image. And that will receive four coarse straights and four vertices from the indentation. Around every vertiee a certain area is extended. So points are classified to two types with a cluster analysis algorithm in every region. Then two straight lines will be obtained with the least square method. At last the intersection of these two lines is solved. According to the hardness formula, the Vickers hardness values of some materials can be precise. It is superior to the method that the edges are taken as straight lines only. This also proves that the results are real, effective and accurate.
