IVIG+强的松口服治疗重症肌无力疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨IVIG+强的松口服治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:61例重症肌无力患者随机分成观察组及对照组,观察组采取IVIG+强的松治疗;对照组采用传统大剂量地塞米松静滴治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为67.74%。结论:IVIG+强的松口服治疗重症肌无力,疗效优于传统大剂量地塞米松静滴治疗,安全性高。Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety in intravenous immunoglobulin（IVIG） ＆ prednisone oral treatment for myasthenia gravis. Methods ：61 patients with myasthenia gravis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group 30 cases, under went IVIG ＆ prednisone treatment; the control group 31 cases, used traditional intravenous infusion of high dose dexamethasone treatment. Observe the changes in clinical efficacy. Results： The efficient rate in the treatment group was 96.7% ,while in the control group was 67.74%. Conclusion ： The efficacy of IVIG ＆ prednisone oral treatment is better than the traditional high -dose intravenous dexamethasone therapy in curing myasthenia gravis, with high security.
