在直肠癌组织中检测细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2癌基因表达的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨直肠癌细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2癌基因表达与直肠癌预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化TUNEL及SP法对106例直肠癌进行细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2癌基因表达检测,并分别以已知阳性对照切片作为阳性对照。结果:不同分化程度直肠癌中,细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2的阳性率不同。分化程度高,则细胞凋亡率高;分化程度低,则c-erbB-2阳性率高。同时有细胞凋亡和c-erbB-2阳性表达的几率在低分化直肠癌中最高。结论:细胞凋亡及c-erbB-2可作为判定直肠癌预后的可靠指标。Objective：To study the relation- ship between apoptosis and e - erbB - 2 in rectal carcinoma. Methods： Using immuno- histochemical method, we examined 106 samples of rectal carcinoma. Results ： The results show that the positive rates of apoptosis and c - erbB - 2 were different in carcinoma tissue with different degree of differentiation,The higher the differentiation,the higher the rate of apoptosis, and the lower the differentiation, the higher the expression rate of c - erbB - 2. Conclusion ： The examination of apoptosis and expression of c - erbB - 2 in rectal carcinoma may be reliable indicators to judge the prognosis.
