摘  要:目的观察综合心理行为训练对偏远哨所士兵心理健康的影响,探讨提高部队心理健康的有效措施。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对偏远哨所士兵进行个性测定,定期对士兵进行综合心理行为训练,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)在干预前后进行心理卫生状况调查。结果 1与全军常模比较,偏远哨所士兵EPQ的P分、N分较高、E分较低,差异有显著性(t=2.51、2.76和3.21,P<0.05、0.01和0.01);2综合心理行为训练前SCL-90各因子分均较军人常模高,差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);3综合心理行为训练后SCL-90除偏执外,各因子分与综合心理行为训练前比较明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);4综合心理行为训练前SCL-90总分与EPQ量表的N分、P分及E分相关。结论综合心理行为训练能有效提高偏远战士心理健康水平。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive psychological behavior training on mental health of soldiers in re- mote whistle station, to approach utility measure of elevating mental health of troops. Methods A total of 136 soldiers in remote whistle station were assessed with SCL--90 and EPQ. The soldiers were trained with periodic comprehensive psychological behav- ior training. After 3 months, they were assessed with SCL-- 90 again to evaluate the result of comprehensive psychological behavior training. Results C)The N and P scores of EPQ were higher than mililary norm,while E score lower than mililary norm (t=2. 51,2.76 and 3.21 ,P〈0. 05,0. 01,0.01) ;②Before psychological behavior training, all subscores of SCL-90 were higher than mililary norm (P〈0.05 or 0.01). ③After psychological behavior training,all subscores of SCL-90 were loner than before,except paranoia (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). ④Before psychological behauior training,the total score of SCL--90 was relatecl to N, P and E scores. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological behavior training can enhance effectively mental health level of soldiers in remote whistle station.
