摘 要:目的探讨个体化主动康复对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的影响。方法将60例发病2~12周的脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分组为个体化主动运动康复治疗组(A组)和传统被动运动康复对照组(B组),两组患者的常规内科治疗相同,分别于入组时、治疗8周末,采用简化Fugi-Meyer运动功能量表对下肢运动功能进行评定。结果治疗后A组和B组患者的简化Fugi-Meyer下肢运动功能评分值与治疗前相比具有统计学意义(P<0.01);且A组患者治疗后其简化Fugi-Meyer下肢运动功能评分值及差值均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论个体化主动运动康复训练能更明显地提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的下肢运动功能。Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the impact of individualized active rehabilitation exercises on the motion function of lower limbs of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 60 cases of 2-12 week stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided at random into individualized active exercises group (group A) and traditional passive exercises control group (group B).The patients of both two group were received the same conventional medical treatment. Separately at the beginning and the end of the 8th week,the simplified Fugi-Meyer Motion Function Measure Table was adopted to make the evaluation. Results In the end of the 8th week the records of the simplified Fugi-Meyer Function Measure Table in the two groups were higher than those of 0 week(P〈0.01). In the end of the 8th week the records of the simplified Fugi-Meyer Function Measure Table and the D value of Fugi-Meyer Function Measure in group A were higher than those of group B (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of the individualized active exercises enhance the lower limbs of the stroke patients with hemiplegia was better than that of traditional passive exercises.
