乳腺癌改良根治术后功能锻炼的延续护理

摘　　要：目的：总结乳腺癌改良根治术后的延续护理方法及运行效果。方法：人性化服务，住院期间分阶段健康教育，重视出院阶段的健康教育，实行护理组长负责制，定期电话访谈，随时电话咨询服务。结果：形成了护士与患者之间的互动，为乳腺癌改良术后患者提供及时、连续、全程的功能锻炼指导服务；患者的的功能锻炼依从性达到97．2％，护理满意度达到100％，患者上肢功能康复率达到100％。结论：该延续护理方法取得了预期的良好效果，值得推广。Objective To Summary the extended care methods and operating results of breast cancer patients following modified radical mastectomy. Methods Human services, health education during hospitalization phases, attention to health education of discharge stage, head of nursing responsibility, regular telephone interviews, telephone service at any time. Results Forming the interaction between nurses and patients, breast cancer patients following modified radical mastectomy were provided with timely, continuous, full of functional exercises guidance services; the functional exercises compliance of patients achieve to 97.2%, nursing satisfaction 100%, the recovery rate of upper limb function was 100%. Conclusions The extended cares approach to achieve the expected good results, which is worth promoting.
