摘  要:以某冶金设备中的橡胶密封圈为研究对象,建立二维轴对称模型;根据力平衡关系,推导接触压力与工作压力换算公式;针对有限元计算中刚体位移的影响,编制相应的计算迭代和收敛判断程序来确定限位压力与所施加的刚体位移之间的映射关系,完成具有侧压工况的橡胶密封限位压力的有限元计算。计算结果表明:橡胶密封圈侧压是影响密封性能的一个重要因素,它会改变限位装置承压大小;限位压力大小取决于材料属性及侧压的大小,在设计与计算中必须加以考虑。With the rubber seal on some metallurgy equipment as the research object,a two-dimension axial-symmetry finite element model was built.According to force balance principle,conversion formula between the contact pressure and working pressure was deduced out.Aimed at rigid body displacement influence in finite element analysis,a corresponding calculating iteration and convergence rule program was programmed for the mapped relation between the limiting displacement pressure and loaded rigid body displacement and finite element analysis of the rubber seal limiting pressure was performed under the side pressure.The result shows that side pressure is an important factor to sealing performance and it can change bearing pressure on the limiting displacement equipment.The limiting displacement pressure is decided with both material property and side pressure.All these must be considered in the design.
