基于“军字一号”住院医疗保险管理系统的实现

摘　　要：目的依托"军字一号"信息系统,实现住院医疗保险管理系统(MMS)与"军字一号"信息系统、本地医保管理系统的信息管理。方法通过对当地医保政策和医院对医保管理需求的分析,结合医院对医疗保险患者的流程控制,在"军字一号"信息系统的基础上,编写住院医疗保险管理系统。结果该系统的成功研制,使得医院管理人员可对住院医保患者实行全程管理和动态跟踪,实现了医保管理全程微机化操作。结论该系统采用模块化设计,可扩展性强。安装操作简单,提高了医保工作效率和管理能力,具有较高的实用价值。Objective To design a suit of medical insurance management system（MMS） in order to match with the No.1 Military Medical Project and the region medical insurance management system.Methods Those were analyzed that the needs of region medical insurance and hospital medical insurance management combining with the actual flow control of the medical insurance patients in hospital.And then the MMS was designed and the function codes were compiled for MMS of the medical insurance patients in hospital by using Visual Basic 2005 tool and VB.NET and C/S technique mode on the basis of No.1 Military Medical Project.Results The medical insurance managers of hospital can supervise the medical insurance patients all along on computer with the MMS.Conclusions The MMS is expansible and easy to be installed and operated,with which the work efficiency can be improved obviously.
