摘　　要：RECK是近年来发现的新型基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂，研究表明RECK可在转录后水平抑制多种基质金属蛋白酶的表达，从而抑制肿瘤的侵袭与转移。RECK、基质金属蛋白酶／金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂与肺癌的关系研究可为临床治疗提供参考。RECK is a newly discovered inhibitor of matrix rnetalloproteinases （MMP） in recent years. Researches have found that RECK inhibits the expressions of various MMP on the post- transcriptional level, and inhibits tumor invasion and metastasis. Research of the relation between RECK, MMP/tissue inhibitor of rnetalloproteinase and lung cancer may provide reference for the clinical treatment.
