摘　　要：目的探讨拔牙术中心血管意外的预防方法。方法对97例心血管患者在拔牙前采取预防措施,观察患者心血管意外的发生情况。结果无1例发生心血管意外。结论对心血管疾病患者在拔牙术前后做好充分的准备和预防工作,能够避免心血管意外的发生。Objective To discuss the method to prevent cardiovascular accidents in dental extraction. Methods Some preventive measures were taken before and after dental extraction in 97 patients with angiocardiopathy and the occurrence of cardiovascular accidents was observed. Results No cardiovascular accident occurred. Conclusion The preventive measures before and after dental extraction can avoid the occurrence of the cardiovascular accidents.
