摘　　要：20世纪80年代,美国开始关注科研不端行为,进行科研诚信问题的研究。现在,美国已经建立了一套监督、管理、教育和研究相结合的科研道德建设机制,并在长期的学术实践中形成了一系列行之有效的规范和措施来促进科研诚信,加强科研道德建设。During the 1980s,America began to pay attention to research misconduct and study research integrity issues. Now,the United States has established a set of research morality construction mechanism combining of supervision,management,education and research,and formed a series of effective norms and measures to promote research integrity and strengthen moral construction.
