摘 要:为了改善杉木木材表层质软、强度低、耐磨性差等力学性能及其视觉特性,通过在不同温度和压力条件下,对绝干、气干、纤维饱和点和饱水状态的杉木表层染料水溶液渗透规律,应力-应变曲线,以及杉木细胞形态变形的电镜观察,确定了杉木表层软化处理工艺中染料水溶液渗透的最适条件,探讨了不同含水率状态下杉木表层径向压缩特性。结果表明:1)温度90℃,常压-减压交替循环,试材含水率在气干与纤维饱和点之间时,是染料水溶液渗透的最适条件;2)径向压缩大变形区域Ⅱ是杉木早材部分变形的堆积;3)与20℃,90℃饱水状态杉木试材相反,气干状态试材在卸载时不发生瞬间变形恢复现象。In order to improve optical and dynamic properties of China fir ( Cunninghamia lanceolata ),such as superficial softness,low strength and inferior wearability,etc.,three experiments were proceeded in this study as follows:determination of dye solution permeability through the surface of the wood with various moisture contents under various temperature conditions,determination of stress strain curves of the wood tested,observation on cell deformation by microscopy.Based on the above experiments,the authors worked out the most suitable condition of dye solution permeability in the surface softening process of the wood tested,and further discussed the properties while compressing the surface of the wood tested along the radial direction under different moisture content conditions.The results showed:1)the most suitable condition for dye solution permeability was treatment temperature of 90 ℃,atmosphere vacuum alternately carried out and moisture content between air dried and fiber saturation point,2)the region Ⅱ with a big deformation in compressing along the radial direction was resulted from accumulation of earlywood defromation of the wood tested,3)instantaneous restoration in unloading did not appear in air dried specimens,while it did occur in specimens under 20 ℃ and 90 ℃ water saturated conditions.
