涤痰通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风80例

摘　　要：[目的]探讨涤痰通络汤临床辨证加减治疗缺血性脑中风的疗效。[方法]自拟涤痰通络汤,每日1剂,早晚分服,15天为1个疗程,连服1～4个疗程观察疗效。[结果]80例中基本恢复36例,显著进步25例,进步16例,稍进步1例,无变化2例。总有效率97.5%。[结论]涤痰通络汤临床辨证加减治疗缺血性脑中风有良效,值得推广。[ Objective ] To study the clinical curative effect of Ditantongluo decoction based on clinical syndrome differentiation for Ischemic Cerebral Apoplexy. [ Methods ] Patients were treated with self - made Ditatongluo decoction, one dose a day, a half in the morning and another in the evening, 15 days as a course of treatment. Observe the curative effect after I to 4 treatment courses. [ Resuls ] In 80 cases of Ischemic Cerebral Apoplexy patients, 36 cases were Basic recovery,25 cases marked improvement, 16 cases improvement, 1 cases slightly improvement and 2 cases ineffectiveness. The total effective rate was 97.5%. [ Conclutions] The treatment of Ditantongluo decoction based on clinical syndrome differentiation for Ischemic Cerebral Apoplexy was showed good effect and worth recommending.
