银翘散加味治疗小儿疱疹性口炎(外感风热型)22例

摘　　要：[目的]观察银翘散加味治疗小儿外感风热型疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。[方法]对22例6个月至3岁患儿,采用银翘散加味治疗。[结果]显效率55.45%,有效率36.36%,总有效率90.91%,显效疗程3天。[结论]银翘散加味治疗小儿外感风热型疱疹性口炎效果良好,值得临床推广应用。[ Objective] Observation of Yinqiaosan modified treatment of children with affection of exogenous wind -heat type herpetic stomatitis clinical effect. [ Method] 22 patients with 6 months to 3 years old, using Yinqiaosan modified treatment. [Results] Markedly effective rate 55.45% , efficiency 36.36% , with a total effective rate 90.91% , effective in treatment 3 days. [ Conclusion] Yinqiaosan Modified treatment of children with affection of exogenous wind - heat type of herpes stomatitis result is good, worthy of clinical application.
