摘　　要：[目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗前庭神经元炎临床疗效。[方法]治宜化痰熄风,健脾除湿,祛风为主,消痰为先。方用半夏白术天麻汤为主。每日1剂。[结果]本组31例,均在1个月内治愈。[结论]半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗气血营精不能上荣于头,清阳被遏,浊邪上犯清窍有良好效果。[ Objective] To observe the pinellia atractylodes macrocephala Tianma decoction treatment vestibular neuronitis efficacy. [ Results ] The group 31 patients, Were treated within 1 month. [ Conclusion ] Pinellia atractylodes macrocephala Tianma decoction treatment of qi and blood Yingjing inability sending nutrient upward to head, lucid yang be suppressed, heavy evil Shangfan the upper orifices or sense organs of the head Has a positive effect.
