46颗上前牙美容性牙冠延长术的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价上前牙美容性牙冠延长术联合贵金属烤瓷冠修复的临床效果,分析影响其稳定性的主要因素,并探寻术后最佳修复时机。方法:对40例患者46颗上前牙行冠延长术,术后6个月行贵金属烤瓷冠永久修复,并随访至修复后1年。于术前、术后6周、术后6个月(修复前)、修复后6个月和1年随访观察并记录评价指标。结果:修复后1年颈缘适合性好,未出现牙周组织病变,牙龈颜色无明显染色。外观良好美观。结论:上前牙美容性牙冠延长术联合贵金属烤瓷冠修复可以达到良好的美容修复目的。Objective：To evaluate the effect of aesthetic crown lengthening surgery and restoration with precious metal porcelain crown in the treatment of upper anterior tooth,and to explore the best postoperative restoration time.Methods：40 patients with 46 upper anterior teeth were treated by crown lengthening surgery,and restored with precious metal porcelain crown affer 6 months.All evaluation indexes were recorded before surgery,6W and 6M（before restoration）afeter surgery,6M and 1Y after restoraion.Results：one year after the restoration,all of the cervical margin was good,and all of the teeth did not have peridentioclasia or other complication such as gingival stain.The esthetic effects of restorations were satisfactory.Conclusion：Aesthetic crown lengthening surgery combined with restoration with precious metal porcelain crown can achieve a good cosmetic restoration purpose.
