摘　　要：利用分子中各个原子的三维坐标数据,自定义出新的3D拓扑指数:Yj、Yh和Yg,并进行多元线性回归分析,得到39种饱和烷烃的部分物理化学性质与自定义的3D拓扑指数,具有良好的结构与性质的相关性,从而为3D-QSPR研究提供相关的信息.Using atomic three dimensional coordinate data,custom new 3D topological index： Yj,Yh,Yg.By the multivariate linear regression analysis,results show that 39 saturated alkane partial physico-chemical properties associated with the 3D topological index has good relevance of the structure and nature,which provides a reliable information for the 3D-QSPR study.
