栽培金钗石斛形态鉴别和总生物碱含量研究

摘　　要：以贵州省赤水市12处不同海拔高度地域环境中采集的人工栽培金钗石斛(Harba Dendrolii Nobilis)作为材料,运用简易的植物徒手切片方法,对其茎和叶的解剖结构进行了观察,并对比《中国药典》(2005年版)关于金钗石斛解剖结构的阐述,对采集材料的种类进行了比较;同时,运用常规酸性染料比色法,对其药理成分中的总生物碱含量进行了检测,以评判赤水栽培的金钗石斛作为道地药材的质量情况,期望对我国人工栽培的药用植物种类的快速鉴别和药材质量的评判起到一定的借鉴作用.Harba Dendrolii Nobilis is the medicinal plant which was contained in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2005 version.This assay studied the materials of Dendrobium.Nobile which were obtained from 12 points with different altitude and different environmental conditions in Chishui of Guizhou Province.The anatomic structures of the materials＇ stems and leaves were observed with the simple plant unarmed slice method,and then compared to Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2005 version.At the same time,the total alkaloid content in pharmacological ingredients of the materials was tested by routine acid dye colorimetry to judge the quality situation of dendrobium nobile in Chishui as pure medicinal material.It is expected that the certain reference for rapid identification of medicinal plant species and judgment of medicines quality in our country.
