摘　　要：目的：回顾和阐述医院药学的发展、机遇和挑战。方法：检索和综述医院药学相关的文献。结果：几十年来医院药学在调剂服务、医院制剂、临床药学服务和科研工作等方面发展迅速，我国医疗卫生体制的改革、信息科技的飞速发展使得医院药学面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。结论：加快药学人才的培养．提高医院药学人员的综合素质．促进医院药学工作更好地服务于临床和患者。Objective： To review and elaborate the development, opportunities and challenges of hospital pharmacy. Methods： To retrieve and review the literature related to hospital pharmacy. Results： For decades, hospital pharmacy has developed rapidly in distributive services, hospital preparations, clinical pharmacy services and pharmaceutical research, etc., and the development of China＇s health care system reform and information technology makes hospital pharmacy facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Conclusion： To speed up the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals and improve the overall levels of hospital pharmacy personnel, so as to promote the work of hospital pharmacy to better serve in the clinical practice and serve for patients.
