Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵治疗第三磨牙冠周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵治疗第三磨牙冠周炎的临床疗效。方法选择门诊第三磨牙冠周炎患者227例,按其临床症状分为不口服抗生素组(A组)和口服抗生素组(B组),两组分别采用随机单盲对照法。试验组(A1、B1)将Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵放于盲袋中1次;对照组(A2、B2)将碘甘油放于盲袋中,每日1次,疗程3～7d。观察Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵治疗第三磨牙冠周炎的临床效果。结果 Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵组与碘甘油组(A1和A2、B1和B2)疗效间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵组疗效优于碘甘油组。结论应用Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵治疗第三磨牙冠周炎,可有效地改善其临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge on the treat-ment of pericoronitis.Methods 227 patients with third molar pericoronitis were divided into two groups accord-ing to the clinical symptoms.Group A did not take oral antibiotic,and group B took oral antibiotic.Each group was divided randomly into experimental group（A1,B1）and the control group（A2,B2）.The experimental group（A1,B1）used Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge in the deep soft tissue pocket,and the control group（A2,B2）used Iodine Glycerol once per day in the pocket for 3-7 days.The clinical effects were evaluated.Results The difference was observed between group Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge and group Iodine Glycerol in both group A and group B（P〈0.05）.Group Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge has better clinical effects than group Iodine Glycerol.Conclusion Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge in curing third molar pericoronitis can effectively improve the clinical symptom and clinical effects.
