摘　　要：恒牙胚是引起乳牙生理性根吸收的重要因素,但却非唯一的因素。恒牙胚缺失的乳牙也会发生根吸收,导致乳牙脱落。下面就破牙细胞及其相关信号通路、继承恒牙胚对乳牙根吸收的影响和继承恒牙胚缺失下的乳牙根吸收作一综述。The permanent tooth germ plays an important role in physiological root resorption of deciduous tooth,but not the alone factor.However,the primary teeth that are absent of permanent successor will produce root re-sorption and eventually exfoliate.This review will introduce odontclast and its related signal cascades and the cor-relation of permanent successor with physiological root resorption of primary tooth.
