牙周炎患者种植治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：与牙周健康者相比,牙周炎患者进行种植治疗可能导致较高的种植体周围组织病变率和较低的种植体存留率、成功率。牙周治疗计划的合理性,种植体植入时机,牙周支持治疗期对种植体周围组织病变的检查、诊断、治疗,均是影响牙周炎患者种植体存留率和成功率的重要因素。本文就目前牙周炎患者的种植治疗临床研究进展作一综述。In comparison with periodontally healthy patients,periodontally compromised patients who receive im-plant therapy may be at elevated risk for peri-implant diseases and show lower implant survival and success rate.The rationality of periodontal treatment planning,timing of implant installation,examination,diagnosis and treat-ment of peri-implant diseases during supportive periodontal therapy（SPT）are the impacting factors of implant sur-vival and success rate in periodontally compromised patients.This review discussed the research progress of im-plant therapy in periodontally compromised patients.
