摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种慢性肠道性疾病,它除了有特定的肠道表现,肠外表现也较突出,各系统均可受累。口腔黏膜病变也是IBD患者常见的肠外表现。由于临床工作中口腔医生通常不熟悉这种疾病,本文就IBD的肠外表现尤其是口腔病损及其诊断作一综述。Inflammatory bowel disease（IBD）is a sort of chronic intestinal tract disease with specified intestinal manifestation.Its extraintestinal manifestations are outstanding and each system can be involved.The lesion of oral mucosa is one of the common extraintestinal manifestations.Clinically,dentists are usually unfamiliar with this kind of disease.In this review,we summarized the extraintestinal manifestations of inflammatory bowel disease,es-pecially,the oral lesion and its diagnosis.
