摘 要:目前三维适形放疗和调强放疗技术迅速发展,对放疗时治疗体位的固定性和重复性要求更加精确,利用锥形束CT(CBCT)来验证并校正摆位误差非常方便有效。CBCT是图像引导放疗(IGRT)的一种方式,可直接安装到直线加速器上,在减少摆位误差方面具有重要的作用和广阔的应用前景。With rapid development of technology of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) and intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT), the immobilization and repetition of patients treatment position need is more aecurate. The setup errors of thoracic cancer patients are great because of the breathing motion of lungs. The method of utilizing CBCT( cone beam computered tomography)to verify and correct setup errors is convenient and effective. CBCT, as one way of imaging guided radiation therapy (IGRT), is directly fixed on linear accelerator, has an important role and broad application prospects in reduction of setup error.
