摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原CEA、糖链抗原CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4检测对胃癌的诊断价值。方法:采用化学发光法检测36例胃癌(实验组)和40例健康体检者(对照组)的四种肿瘤标志物,并将两组结果作对比分析。结果:胃癌组血清CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4单项指标及四项联检阳性率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:检测血清CEA、CA12-5、CA19-9和CA72-4对胃癌的诊断有一定的临床价值,四种标志物联合检测更具临床意义。Hospital of Chengdu office,Chengdu 610041 in Sichuan summary：Purpose：Probe into tumour mark cancer embryo antigenic CEA,candy chain antigenic CA12-5,CA19-9 and CA72-4 measure the diagnosis value to gastric carcinoma.Method：Adopt chemistry give out light law measure 36 gastric carcinoma （experiment group） and 40 health physical examination person four kinds of tumour marks of （control group）,and compare and analyse two groups of results.Result：Gastric carcinoma group serum CEA,CA12-5,CA19-9 and CA72-4 individual event index and four joint inspection positive rate higher than control group （P〈0.05） obviously.Conclusion：Measuring serum CEA,CA12-5,CA19-9 and CA72-4 will have certain clinical value to the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma,it has a clinical meaning even more that four kinds of marks are jointly measured.
