摘　　要：目的:通过对新鲜血浆加庆大霉素联合红外线线照射治疗重度压疮的疗效观察,为临床重度压疮的护理干预提供依据。方法:将100例长期卧床致重度压疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用基础治疗及护理加用新鲜血浆加庆大霉素联合红外线线照射,对照组用基础治疗和护理。结果:观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新鲜血浆加庆大霉素联合红外线照射治疗重度压疮效果显著。Objective：Through observe the effect of fresh plasma and Gentamicin and infrared radiation in treatment patients with serious decubitus to provide evidence for clinic Nursing intervention serious decubitus.Methods：100 patients with serious decubitus were randomly divided into observation group （n= 50） and control group（n=50）,control group was administered with basic treatment and Nursing care,observation group was treated with fresh plasma and Gentamicin and infrared radiation in addition to basic treatment and Nursing care.Results：The effect was remarkable difference between observation group and control group,observation group was better.Conclusion：There is a remarkable effect of fresh plasma and Gentamicin and infrared radiation in treatment serious decubitus.
