普胃丸改善大鼠慢性胃溃疡的黏膜血流机制研究

摘　　要：①目的研究普胃丸(PWP)对大鼠慢性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及其改善黏膜血流机制。②方法采用醋酸刺激制备大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型,计算溃疡指数、溃疡抑制率。采用放射免疫法检测血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)含量。③结果 PWP能明显减轻慢性胃黏膜损伤,剂量依赖性地降低溃疡指数;减少血浆ET-1并增加NO含量。④结论普胃丸对慢性胃黏膜损伤具有明显的保护作用,机制可能与其改善黏膜血流有关。Objective To observe the protective effect of Puwei Pill（PWP） on chronic gastric mucosal lesions in rats and its the mechanism of mucosal blood flow improvement.Methods The model of chronic gastric ulcer was established by acetic acid stimulation in rats.Ulcer index and ulcer inhibitory rate were calculated.Radioimmunoassay method was used to detect the content of endothelin-1（ET-1）,and the nitrate reductase and the spectrophotometry method were applied to determine the concentrations of nitric oxide（NO） in plasma respectively.Results PWP could significantly decrease the chronic gastric mucosal damage and reduce dose dependently the ulcer index,and which reduce ET-1 content and increase NO content in plasma.Conclusion PWP had obviously protective effect on the chronic mucosa injury,which mechanism was related to the improvement of mucosal blood flow.
