真姬菇原种及袋栽培养基配方的筛选

摘　　要：试验对真姬菇原种培养基及袋栽培养基配方进行筛选得出,以棉籽壳为主要栽培原料的最适原种培养基为:棉籽壳60%,木屑16%,麸皮20%,石灰2%,石膏1%,磷肥1%。其菌丝生长速度明显比其他配方快,且菌丝生长旺盛。最适袋栽培养基为:棉籽壳45%,木屑35%,麸皮10%,玉米粉5%,石灰3%,石膏1%,磷肥1%。其产量最高。In this experiment medium for Hypsizigus marmoreus bag cultivation and the original species of Hypsizigus marmoreus were selected. The result showed that the most suitable medium formula for cotton seed based medium was cotton seed shell 60%, sawdust 16%, wheat bran 20%, calx 2%, gypsum 1% and phosphorus 1%. In which hypha grew remarkablly quick than in other formula medium and hypha grew vigorously. It was concluded that the most suitable medium was formulared as： cotton seed shell 45%, sawdust 35%, bran 10%, corn meal 5%, calx 3%, gypsum 1%, phosphorus 1%. It had the highest output.
