区域创新网络中基于知识共享的企业合作创新风险分析

摘　　要：基于知识共享的企业合作创新模式在给区域创新网络带来利益的同时,也蕴含潜在的风险,为此推导出区域创新网络整体对网络共有知识所作投入的成本-需求曲线,以此分析区域创新网络中由知识共享引发企业合作创新风险的机理,并提出相应的规避措施。Corporative innovation based on knowledge sharing brings forth risk while it benefits the regional innovation network. Thus the article deduces the cost-demand curve of the investment, which the regional innovation network makes to sharing knowledge, analyzes the reasons for the risk, and proposes some measure to overcome the risk.
