摘　　要：许多关于网络结构的研究隐含了主体间的关系是外生或给定的,而很少有人从主体行为的微观角度研究网络结构的生成和演化过程。基于企业合作伙伴选择过程,研究网络的链接和演化机制:首先对认知、关系和结构嵌入进行了界定;然后建立了企业的嵌入关系与要素获取、信任和互补价值变化的关系假设;在此基础上构建了链接关系选择及生成和演化模型。研究认为,合作过程本身以及网络嵌入对于链接关系演化具有直接影响,决定了企业间网络结构的不断演化。Many researches about the network structure and performance have implied that the relationships among the main bodies are exogenous or given, and it ignores the influence of the behavior of the main bodies on the structure formation and evolution. This paper studies the evolution of network links and mechanisms based on the partners selection process. Firstly, this paper defines the concepts of cognitive, relationships and structures embedded relations, secondly, this paper sets the hypothesis that the network embedded relations influence the acquirement of the resource, the trust and the complementary value change. After that, this paper builds a model of the relationship selection, formation and evolution. The research reveales that collaborative innovation process itself as well as the network embedded relations has a direct impact on the evolution of the linkage relation evolution, and determines the evolution of the structure of enterprises network.
