摘  要:研制开发的基于多功能车辆总线的机车轴承故障诊断系统是通过监测温度和振动信号来对机车走行部轴承进行早期诊断和预警,把组合预测模型引入机车轴承故障预警,使用灰色模型和时间序列模型预测故障增长性趋势和波动性趋势,再将预警值加以综合。给出了诊断系统的硬件结构、软件功能与特点。试验表明所开发的系统有很强的鲁棒性,能有效监测机车轴承故障。A novel fault diagnostic system for locomotive bearing was developed based on MVB. Using the on-line vibration and temperature signal, the initial faults of bearings in the running gear of the locomotive could be diagnosed. The hardware constitution, software function and characteristics of the system were presented. Furthermore, an efficient beating faults prediction procedure using combined model was proposed. In this procedure, the increasing tendency was forecasted with grey model, While the fluctuation was predicted by time series model, and then the forecasting results were combined. The effectiveness and robust of the proposed system have been proved by locomotive beating tests.
