摘　　要：目的观察甲硝唑联合甲氧氯普安治疗口臭的临床疗效。方法将360例病理性口臭患者随机分两组,研究组181例,对照组179例,研究组予甲硝唑联合甲氧氯普安治疗,对照组给予甲硝唑治疗,观察两组临床疗效、起效时间及维持时间。结果研究组有效率为95.05%,对照组有效率为48.60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组较对照组起效快、维持时间长,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合甲氧氯普安治疗口臭起效快,维持时间久,复发少。Objective To observe the effect of metronidazole combined with metoclopramide in the treatment of halitosis. Methods 360 cases of halitosis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 181 cases was treated with metronidazole combined with metoclopramide, while the control group with 179 cases was given metronidazole only. To ob- serve the curative effect of each group, as well as the effect-acting period and the duration of effects. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.05% , and 48.60% of the control group. There was a statistically significant differences between them （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; but also, the effect-acting period and the duration of effects of the experimental group were obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion The effects of the treatment of metronidazole combined with metoclopramide in halitosis appeared soon and were maintained for a long time.
