160例口腔扁平苔藓病的相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的初步探讨口腔扁平苔藓的发病与多种局部理化刺激的关系。方法采用1∶1配对研究方法,选取160例口腔扁平苔藓患者为研究对象,160例在年龄和性别上相匹配的同期非口腔黏膜病患者为对照组,采用统一的问卷进行调查,使用条件Logistic分析方法分析影响口腔扁平苔藓发生的危险因素。结果辛辣饮食(OR=3.473)、胃炎(OR=3.134)、硬(OR=2.535)、烫(OR=2.122)、烟熏食品(OR=1.741)进入了Logistic的回归模型。结论局部理化刺激可能与口腔扁平苔藓发病有一定的联系。Objective To explore the relationship between the occurrence of oral lichen planus and various local irritations.Methods To use 1∶1 matching research method.The patients with oral lichen planus（n=160）,along with age-and sex-matched control subjects（n=160）were investigated by questionnaire.The analysis method of conditional logistic regression was used to analyze the influential factors of oral lichen planus.Results Spicy food（OR=3.473）,gastritis（OR=3.134）,stiff（OR=2.535）,hot（OR=2.122） and smoked food（OR=1.741） entered Logistic regression model.Conclusion There might be some correlation between various local irritations and etiology of oral lichen planus.
