摘　　要：理工科大学生是国家未来科技发展的主力军,是技术创新的带头人。阐述了理工科大学生创新能力培养的重要性,并就如何通过信息素质教育培养与提高理工科大学生的创新能力进行了深入探讨。The students majoring in science and engineering are the main force of the development of technology,and they are also the leader of technical innovation.This paper discusses the importance of innovative ability cultivation of students majoring in science and engineering,and makes a deep research on how to cultivate and improve the innovative ability of students majoring in science and engineering by the information literacy education.
