摘 要:研究了主动隔振系统中作动器的刚度放大与控制误差问题。主动隔振系统中作动器的刚度应与其负载刚度相匹配,如果负载较大或者作动器刚度较小,可以利用作动器与小刚度弹簧串联的方式放大输出刚度。分析了控制器的输出误差均匀分布时主动隔振系统的隔振性能,分析表明,对作动器刚度放大时,需要同时提高控制器的相对精度与作动器的行程才能保证原有的隔振效果,作动器的输出刚度与控制器相对精度、作动器的输出行程两参数具有等效性与替代性。这为设计主动隔振系统时控制器与作动器在更广阔的范围内选择提供了依据。Stiffness amplification of actuator and governing error in active vibration isolation(AVI) were investigated.The stiffness of an actuator should match the stiffness of the external load,and it could be amplified by connecting the actuator with a small stiffness spring in series if the load was heavy or the stiffness of the actuator was low.The performance of an AVI system was analyzed when the governing error was evenly distributed.The results showed that in order to obtain the same performance of vibration isolation,improving the relative accuracy of the controller and increasing the stroke of the actuator are both needed when the stiffness of the actuator is amplified;the stiffness of the actuator is equivalent to its stroke and the relative accuracy of the controller,they are replaceable.The results provided a guidance to select controller and actuator in an even wider area of AVI design.
