摘  要:我国食品安全问题突出,已经严重影响了社会的和谐稳定与经济的健康发展。以《食品安全法》的实施为契机,食品安全责任保险的重要性越显突出。分析食品安全责任保险的基本理论与我国社会需求的现实条件,提供食品安全责任保险制度建设与运行的保障条件,完善具体制度措施,可以预防食品安全事故的发生及协助事后救济问题的解决。对于健全我国食品安全保障体系以及促进和谐社会的建设也有重要意义。China's food safety problem is apparent, which has seriously affected the social harmony and economic development healthily. With the implement of the "Food Safety Law" as a turning point, the food safety liability insurance is becoming more important. Analyzing the basic theory of food safety liability insurance with the actual conditions of China's social needs, providing system construction to guarantee operation conditions of food safety liability insurance, and perfecting concrete measures of the system have important significance in preventing food safety accidents and helping solve the food problem afterwards. It is also important for us to make a sound security system of food safety and promote the building of a harmonious society in China.
