摘 要:探讨乌贼墨提取物对环磷酰胺所致肝损伤小鼠肝功能的保护作用,以及在不同浓度条件下的作用效果。40只BALB/C小鼠,随机分成4组。观察各组小鼠的肝重系数及肝组织中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)、GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)、MDA(丙二醛)和血液中SOD、MDA的变化。环磷酰胺能显著的改变正常小鼠肝重系数(P<0.05),不同程度的降低正常小鼠肝组织中SOD,CAT,GSH-Px活力(P<0.01或P<0.05)及MDA含量(P<0.01),较低浓度的乌贼墨提取物均能不同程度的改变由环磷酰胺所致的正常小鼠肝组织中上述各项指标的变化(P<0.01或P<0.05),而较高浓度的乌贼墨提取物对上述各项指标的改善作用有所减弱,有的甚至没有作用(P>0.05),同样的结果也在血液学指标中有所体现。To explore the protective effects of sepia ink extract on liver function of liver injury mice induced by cyclophosphamine, and the different result at the different concentration of sepia ink extract. A total of 40 mice were divided into 4 groups, control group, model group, low dose-and high dose-group. Model group was established with abdominally injection of cyclophosphamine. The activity of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and the contents of MDA in liver and in blood and the index of liver was were observed. Compared with control group ,cyclophosphamine changed significantly the index of liver (P0.05), and incoordinately changed the activity of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and the contents of MDA in liver and in blood (P0.05 or P0.01). Compared with model group, the low dose-group, sepia ink also incoordinately changed the parameters induced by cyclophosphamine significantly (P0.05 or P0.01). Whereas, the protective of the high concentration of sepia ink extract was reduce than the low dose-group on the changes, sometimes, it had no obvious effect (P0.05). The suitable concention of Sepia ink extract can play a definite protective role on liver function of liver injury mice.
