摘　　要：褐藻糖胶是从海带等褐藻中提取的一类硫酸酯多糖,具有多种生理活性;近年来,褐藻糖胶已成为无污染、健康的药物和"蓝色食品"开发利用的热点之一。介绍褐藻糖胶的分布、组成、结构、性能、提取分离、硫酸基检测方法及应用前景。Fucoidan is a kind of sulphated polysaccharides extracted from seaweed,which has been proven to possess various biologicalactivities.Fucoidan has become one of the most hotspot,which are in the fous of pollution-free and healthy drug and＇blue food＇.This paper mainly introduced the distribution,composition,structure,characteristics of fucoidan,method of extraction,separation and detection of sulfate,and its prospective development were also discussed.
