基于组件的医学影像处理算法平台的实现

摘　　要：随着ITK和VTK的成功,很多知名公司与学术机构也投入大量的人力和物力来研究开发自己的医学影像算法平台,并取得一定的进展。但是,目前大部分医学影像处理算法平台只能用文本编程,不但需要用户有一定的编程水平,而且还要进行不必要的重复编码。针对上述问题,设计并实现了一个能够可视化编程的医学影像处理算法平台,通过对该平台组件的形式化描述,提出了树形数据流模型及遍历方法,并给出平台的语法规则-扩展数据流编程语言的形式化描述。在该平台下,用户可以通过定义和连接各种代表不同图像处理功能的组件来创建程序,不但使非编程人员也能开发出复杂的医学影像处理算法,而且提高了算法的重用性。With the success of ITK and VTK,many of the well-known companies and academic institutions putted in a lot of manpower and material to development their own platform for image processing algorithm of medical and achieved certain progress.Most of these platforms are text-based programming,users need to have a certain level of programming technology.The paper implements a visual programming platform for image processing algorithm of medical,present a tree-data-flow model to components formalisms,.we also define a visual language for the platform,which is call extend data-flow programming language.users can make programming by define and connection components which present different functions of image processing,it allow no-programer to develop a complex image processing algorithm of medical,what is more reusability.
