首发精神分裂症患者听觉脑干反应及其随访研究

摘　　要：目的分析首发精神分裂症患者大脑脑干功能的特征。方法对58例首发精神分裂症患者(患者组)和108名健康对照者(对照组)应用美国Nicolet Brova脑诱发电位仪进行听觉脑干反应(auditory brainstem response,ABR)指标评价,并记录随访3个月的变化。结果①对照组ABR的主要指标Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ峰间潜伏期的比值和Ⅴ/Ⅰ波幅的比值等指标在性别之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②与对照组比较,入组时患者组ABR的主要指标Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ峰间潜伏期的比值和Ⅴ/Ⅰ波幅的比值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③患者组在随访期间ABR的主要指标Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ峰间潜伏期比值和Ⅴ/Ⅰ波幅比值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论首发精神分裂症患者听觉信息的脑干传导阶段无异常,可能与该病的发病机制无关。Objective To analyze the characteristics of brainstem in the nave schizophrenia. Methods All auditory brainstem response （ABR） data were recorded from 58 schizophrenia patients （Sch group） and 108 normal controls （NC group） using USA Nicolet Brova instrument at the baseline,first month,second month and third month. Results ①No significant difference was found in the main markers of Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ inter-peak latency and Ⅴ/Ⅰamplitude ratio in ABR between the male and female in NC group （P〈0.05）.②Compared with NC,Sch patients showed no significant difference in the main marker of Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ inter-peak latency and Ⅴ/Ⅰamplitude ratio in ABR at the baseline（P〈0.05）.③At the end of month 1,2,3,compared with NC,Sch patients had no significant defference in the main marker of Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ inter-peak latency and Ⅴ/Ⅰamplitude ratio of ABR（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nave schizophrenia patients have no abnormal variation on auditory brainstem,and the pathogenesis of the nave schizophrenia might not be related with the auditory brainstem function.
