摘　　要：目的建立安中养血合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用薄层扫描法。展开剂:苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(4:1:0.1),扫描波长λS=322nm,参比波长λR=400nm。结果阿魏酸在0.220μg～1.100μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.99635,平均回收率=100.83%,RSD=3.51%。结论本法简单、准确,重现性好,可用于安中养血合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定。Aim To establish a method for determination of ferulaic acid in Anzhong Yangxue mixtura.Method Ferulaic acid in Anzhong Yangxue mixtura was determinated by TLC-scanning with the developing agent of benzene-acetic ether-methanoic acid（4：1：0.1）,the detection wavelength was λS=322 nm,λR=400 nm.Results The calibraction curve was linear in the range of 0.220 g～1.100 μg,r=0.99635,average recovery rate was 100.83,RSD=3.51%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate,good repeatability and suitable for the content determination of ferulaic acid in Anzhong Yangxue mixtura.
