术前综合护理干预对PTCA术后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨术前护理干预对冠心病病人行PTCA术后并发症的影响。方法对某医院心血管内科病房109例符合纳入标准的住院病人作为研究对象,将病人随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均进行常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上术前增加心理干预、认知干预、行为干预,然后观察两组PTCA术后并发症的发生情况。结果实验组PTCA术后并发症显著减少,与对照组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过术前综合的护理干预,可以降低患者PTCA术后并发症的发生率。Aim To have a new insight into the effects of comprehensive nursing on the postoperative complications of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty（PTCA）.Methods 109 in-patients with cardiovascular disorders were divided into experiment and control groups.The patients were subjected to routine care.Psychological intervention,cognitive intervention,and behavioral intervention were given to the experiment group in addition to routine care and complications were investigated in both groups after PTCA operation.Results Fewer complications were noted in the experiment group of PTCA following comprehensive care compared with the control（P〈0.05）Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications might be remarkably decreased in patients receiving PTCA by comprehensive pre-operative intervention.
