摘 要:目的对天南星科4种有毒中药毒针晶糖类成分的单糖组成进行研究,为天南星科植物刺激性毒性成分及复制法炮制解毒共性机制研究提供依据。方法提取并纯化半夏、虎掌南星、东北天南星及白附子新鲜块茎中的针晶。三氟乙酸水解针晶表面的糖类成分,水解产物还原乙酰化后利用气相色谱-质谱法分析,确定单糖组成。结果 4种毒性中药毒针晶糖类成分中各分别检测出阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖。结论 4种毒性中药毒针晶糖类成分中的单糖组成种类相同,但相对含量不同。OBJECTIVE To determine the monosaccaharides in the saccharides of the toxic raphide of four toxic araceae medicinal herbs for the understanding, copying and detoxication of the irritating toxic components shared by the herbs. METHODS Raphide in the fresh tubers of Pinellia ternate (Thunb. ) Breit. , Pinellia pedatisecta, Arisaema amurense Maxim, and Typhonium giganteum Engl. were extracted and purified. Saccharide on the surface of the raphide was hydrolyzed with trifluoroacetic acid. After the hydrolysate underwent redox reaction and acetylation, it was analyzed with gas chromatography mass spectrometry and the monosaccharides were determined. RESULTS Four monosaecharides, arabinose, glucose, mannose and galactose, were found in the saceharide of the toxic raphide of all the four medicinal herbs. CONCLUSIONS The saceharide of the raphide of the four toxic medicinal herbs contains the same monosacchradies but their quantities vary.
