摘 要:为了探讨小学非编教师心理健康状况及其影响因素,采用症状自评量表、一般自我效能感量表、心理控制源评定量表和社会支持评定量表对安徽省171名非编与在编小学教师进行测查。结果表明非编教师心理问题检出率为19.5%,其症状自评量表中各因子分均高于在编教师;非编教师的主观支持、客观支持和社会支持利用度得分均低于在编教师;非编教师内控性得分低于在编教师。回归分析表明,影响非编教师心理健康的因素是:受教育程度、内控性和有势力他人。结论显示:非编教师心理健康水平低于在编教师,受教育程度和内在认知方式在一定程度上影响其心理健康。Objective to study the contract teachers' mental health in primary school and the related factors.Methods SCL-90,GSEC,IPC and SSRS were examined in 171 contract teachers and permanent teachers in primary school.Results19.5% of the contract teachers had various mental health problems and the contract teachers' score of every factor in SCL-90 was higher than that of permanent teachers.Internality factor in IPC of contract teachers got lower than that of the permanent teachers.Subjective,objective and social support utilization of contract teachers was lower than that of the permanent teachers.The result of multiple regression analysis shows that educational background,internality and powerful others had influence on SCL-90 total scores.Conclusion Educational background and internal cognitive styles played important roles on the SCL-90 results of the contract teachers in primary schools.
