论高校实验室认可与专业实验室建设

摘　　要：近年来,随着高校专业实验室的迅速发展,如何充分发挥仪器设备的投资效益,尽可能满足高校教学、科研、技术开发和社会服务的需要,是高校专业实验室建设中的发展趋势.从实施实验室认可的意义和作用出发,分析指出了实验室认可中文件化管理体系的建立和完善、仪器设备自校准规程的编写、管理体系的持续改进以及开展实验室间的能力验证比对考核等几个需要注意的问题.In recent years,development trend of university specialized laboratory is to bring investment returns of instruments and equipments into a full play,in order to meet the needs of university teaching,scientific research,technical development and social service.This paper begins with the meaning and function of laboratory accreditation,and analyzes the following noticed matters： building and completing the construction of documentation management system,compiling the self calibration rules of instruments and equipments,improving continually of management system and making the compare of proficiency testing between laboratories.
