高校科研创新团队考核工作方法探微

摘　　要：目前科研团队已经成为我国高校创新和人才培养的重要载体,但就其实际情况来看,科研团队的作用并没有得到真正的发挥,究其原因在于我国高校科研团队考核工作方法缺乏成熟的评价体系。文章结合工作实践经验拟从团队建设、团队绩效两大方面提出构建高校科研团队考核工作方法体系,以期能为高校创新团队考核提供有益的参考。At present, research team has been the carrier of college innovation and training in China, but in fact, research team are not playing their full role due to the lack of the evaluation system of the college research team. Based on practical experience, the author puts forward the ways to set up an evaluation system of university research teams from the aspects of team construction and the team＇s performance. Hopefully, it will be beneficial for university innovation teams.
