乳腺增生中医证型和用药分析

摘　　要：目的:对1979年1月至2009年12月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)收集的中医药治疗乳腺增生文献,通过频度分析归纳总结证候和用药特点,以探析乳腺增生中医辨证论治规律。方法:对符合选择标准的文献的用药、证型进行整理归类,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析,观察各药物、证型引用频次和频率。结果:涉及证型34个,以肝郁气滞、冲任失调、气滞痰凝为常见证型,占58.68%,证候组成要素有16个,其中实证占84.55%,虚证占15.45%。用药275味,按功能归为43类,进一步合并为19大类,活血化瘀药、补虚药和化痰止咳平喘药使用频率占59.48%,活血化瘀药为第一位,补虚药次之;排在前16位的药物有柴胡、当归、香附、穿山甲、郁金、白芍药、浙贝母、莪术、夏枯草、三棱、延胡索、青皮、牡蛎、丹参、王不留行、淫羊藿,柴胡使用位居所有用药之首。结论:近30年中医对乳腺增生的辨证分型、遣方用药临床研究结果可为目前该病的辨证论治提供有用的参考。Objective：To explore the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment for cyclomastopathy through analysis on frequency of its syndrome and prescription collected on CNKI from January 1979 to December 2009. Methods：The syndromes types,prescriptions and medicines appeared in the selected literature were normalized,classified,and analyzed according to the frequency emergence. Re-sults：There were 34 types of syndromes in which liver qi stagnation,the Cong and Ren meridian disharmony,and qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation were most frequent syndromes,totally 58. 68%. There were 16 elements of syndromes with excess pathogenesis 84. 55% and deficiency syndromes 15. 45%. There were totally 275 kinds of medicines with 43 kinds of function classification and further combined into 19 main categories in which first frequency was activating blood circulation and resolving stasis,second was replenishing deficiency and third resolving phlegm,total frequency of them was 59. 48%. Bupleurum was first in all used medicines. Conclusion：The clinical study results in syndrome differentiation,prescription and medicine selection of cyclomastopathy in last 30 years may provide the useful references for the syndromes differentiation and treatment of this disease at present.
